Hannah & Jonathan [Mountain Top Engagement Session]

Jon and I first met this beautiful couple just a few weeks ago when Hannah was a bridesmaid in Mary & Aidan’s wedding. We were immediately attracted to the way these two interacted together, noticing the way Jonathan lit up when he looked at Hannah and they joy that just exuded from the two of them. We were thrilled when Jonathan contacted us just a few days later to set up a meeting to discuss their wedding.

This couple’s story really resonated with us in the way’s God’s timing played into their relationship. They met at church and while Jonathan noticed her right away, he sensed God telling him to wait. A couple years passed and they once again crossed paths when Hannah joined the small group that Jonathan was leading. Hannah though he was pretty cute, but again, God called on Jonathan to wait. A friendship was built, and after all that waiting,  it grew into something more: an intimate friendship grown through deep conversation and time spent getting to know each other’s dreams and desires for the future. When Jonathan proposed he slipped Hannah’s great-grandmother’s ring on her finger. We love when beautiful heirlooms are passed down to a new generation. It makes the covenant of marriage that much more powerful!

Hannah shared that she and Jonathan spent some time together shopping for our engagement session and we just adore their classic style!
