Monique and Micheal had a wonderful wedding full of tradition and family. They were married in a full mass at the same church her grandparents married at nearly 50 years ago, bound by the same lasso. There were modern touches as well, such as the unity cross they assembled during the ceremony. It was a beautiful day even with the rain and wind, and they certainly didn’t let it stop them when it came time for our portraits, braving the rain and the puddles. We were even rewarded for some late evening sunshine to finish out our portrait time. A hearty thank you to Luke Bultman Photography for coming out and helping me capture the day!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Castillo! Thank you for having me record these special moments!

L.o.v.e. how you made the rain work for you, capturing their reflection in the puddle on the brick. That may be my favorite of the whole post. <3
