“S” Family [A Grassy & Green Family Session]

What can I say about the S Family? They have been with me since the beginning (thanks guys for sticking with me during my some of my more awkward learning phases…) Staci is one of my dearest friends, working along side me as a stylist for many of my sessions, and cheering me on in my  various endeavors. If you want a loyal friend, this is your gal!

I have absolutely loved watching these beautiful girls grow up (totally crossing my fingers that they add a boy to the mix sometime in the future, because how cute would that kid be?). Looking forward to many more years with these precious friends!

This image below has become a sort of signature shot I take with families with little ones. I came up with the concept about a year ago when photographing a large family and it was coming to the end of the session and I could see the children just needed to run. I loved the feel of this image as it so aptly captures what it feels like to parent during this stage of life.

We spent some of the session capturing a few pictures of just Millie to celebrate her upcoming first birthday! What a doll!
