‘S” Family [Mini-Session at Tohono Chul Park]

About two weeks ago, I was having a hard week. Just a series of “those kinds of days” that leave you feeling a little depleted and very exhausted, and then I got a request from my childhood friend to come photograph his son with his mother who was about to undergo chemo treatments. I haven’t seen Chris in almost 10 years, and it was such a tremendous joy to spend an hour sharing in the love that these 4 have for each other.  Just like that, my soul was restored, energy returned. What a blessing to be able to serve people in this way, and in return be filled with joy. Thank you sweet friends for gifting me with your time!

Joanne, I am praying for you on this journey and I can’t wait to celebrate in your healing! Chris and Shannon, I am so happy you have each other and little Zach. You are so blessed!
