Last Sunday, we headed up to meet Sara and Nick at Phoenix’s historic Wrigley Mansion. This was my first visit to the mansion, but it wont be my last! With city views and whitewashed walled surrounded by lush gardens, this venue is a new favorite!
Sara posted the cutest photo on Super Bowl Sunday of her newly adorned ring finger with the caption “A Super Bowl sized announcement!”-With the Patriots as their team, these two won all around that day! Nick did an amazing job with choosing her rose gold setting with pave diamonds surrounding the center stone. We have recently seen more rose gold rings and they get all the heart eyes from me! There is nothing that says romance better than gold and pink together! Speaking of romance, these two knew how to bring the romance for sure. Nick and Sara are so in tune with each other and they genuinely enjoyed being together so our time together felt effortless.
Sara’s stunning black gown paired with Nick’s classic grey suit went together perfectly and the elegance of the Wrigley Mansion was the ideal backdrop. These two trekked up and down about 7,000 stairs with me all with Sara in heels, and never once stopped smiling at each other. My only regret was not capturing a photo of Sara pulling on a sweatshirt as we got ready to leave the parking lot at the end of the session. The image of her in an elegant gown, hair up and make up done paired with the comfort of a sweatshirt seems like the perfect picture of Sara. Comfortable Glam. A little sparkle with a little bit of cozy thrown in. I think that makes a pretty good recipe for marriage too! If you can learn how to mix comfort with a little extra pizazz, you will always have a home that feels welcoming and marriage that feels safe and exciting all at once!
Blessings to you guys as you plan your wedding and prepare for the future. Sara and Nick, I am sure it will be wonderful!
