Oh this Tuesday just got a whole lot prettier! This beautiful Tanque Verde Ranch wedding is going in the books as one of our favorites!
Tanque Verde Ranch has long been one of our best loved venues, nestled at the base of the Rincon mountains with the most wonderful view of saguaros and lush green lawns. As lovers of the desert, Samantha and Austin wanted their special day to showcase those beautiful cacti views making this venue perfect for their wedding. To top it off, we had one of the first cool days we have seen this fall making the day absolutely spectacular.
The love Samantha and Austin share is rooted in serving others and making the world a better place. They are so versed in loving others that loving each other is second nature to them. Their wedding was a perfect reflection of their relationship and their impact on those around them. It couldn’t have been more beautiful. We were struck by several moments during their celebration, but among one of the most meaningful was their vows, written for each other. Their way with words showed the depth of their commitment and respect for each other.
The wedding day was beautifully organized and supported by a brilliant vendor team. Wedding coordination was provided by Sarah Lee and Mary Ellen at the Tanque Verde Ranch and these lady’s are amazing at coordinating a successful timeline! Every time I see a new dress from J Bridal, like Samantha’s Wtoo by Watters lace “Elise” gown, I may or may not daydream about redoing our wedding just to wear one of their dresses!
I have been a fan of Colleen LaFleur with Altelier De LaFleur for some time so I was thrilled to learn she was providing floral design at this wedding, and she did not disappoint! She even had a tiny barrel cactus and two prickly pear cactuses in the bridal bouquet which was perfect for these cactus loving sweethearts!
All the hand done calligraphy on the wedding signage was crafted by Kelsey Collins with KCo Designs. One of the finishing touches was the dessert table filled with Pan Dulce and churro’s from La Estrella Bakery, a special Tucson tradition! Their invitation suite came from Minted.com and provided the touch that tied their elegant fiesta together.
Samantha and Austin, we just love you both. Your hearts for serving others and making big changes in this world make you so special. We look forward to watching you grow together and seeing all the ways you impact the world around you.
xoxo,
Amber Lea & Jon
