Finding the Perfect Tucson Wedding Venue

What is your favorite Tucson wedding venue? This question is one of our favorite ones to answer because we have so many that we love. We often think of Tucson as being desert. It’s what our city is known for, right? But there are so many ways to enjoy a wedding in our city and have views that aren’t always full of cacti (unless you are are a cactus lover, then we have suggestions for you too!)

If you’re more of a cactus lover, read our post on why you should have a desert wedding!

Tanque Verde Ranch Weddings

Ok, so to be honest, this one gets a name drop from us quite often. We absolutely love this Tucson wedding venue. Much like the one mentioned above, the Tanque Verde Ranch has a little something for everyone!

Choose from beautiful grassy grounds with amazing saguaro views, or a terrace view overlooking the mountains. This fall they will be opening their new barn, and we can’t wait to shoot there! An elegant barn venue in Tucson? Yes please!

JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort

JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort makes our list because of its versatility. Dreaming of grassy lawns and views that go for miles? They’ve got it! Want those iconic saguaros in your wedding photos? They’ve got those too! They also have an attentive banquet staff, delicious food and your guests can stay on site so the party can go all night if you like!

Hacienda Del Sol Wedding

What’s not to love about a historic property with mountain views? We love the classic elegance of Hacienda Del Sol as well as its unique Tucson flair! By far, our favorite part of this Tucson wedding venue is their courtyard that makes a beautiful backdrop for any ceremony, but is absolutely to die for when it comes to dining alfresco!

The Rubi

This darling venue is new on the Downtown Tucson wedding venue scene. Not only can you get married at the Rubi, but you can also stay for the full weekend! The house sleeps 16 and is filled with the most delicious natural light. While it is best suited for more intimate weddings around 80 guests or so, we think this little venue is BIG on style! With some of the city’s best restaurants, just a five minute walk away, we are all for a Tucson wedding venue that lets you keep the party going all weekend long!

Kingan Gardens

Oh friends, we just adore this sweet venue tucked in the historic Downtown Tucson El Presidio neighborhood. There really isn’t another place like Kingan Gardens. Lush gardens, a charming carriage house, and great downtown views for photos… we just love it! It can accommodate up to 200 people easily, and they have all-inclusive packages available too!

Arizona Inn Weddings

By now, I guess you can see that we have a thing for historic places and Arizona Inn is no exception! This venue is a favorite for its versatility.

Intimate weddings or a large affair, Arizona Inn can handle it well! If you love color, lush greenery and a vintage vibe then you’ll LOVE this famous Tucson wedding venue.

This is by no means an exhaustive list and I am sure that there will be a follow up post with more favorites coming soon, but for now, these Tucson wedding venues top our list of choice spots to get married!
